Stockyard Hill EPBC Submission (10/3/2009)
An application was made to the Minister for the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts to determine if the Stockyard Hill Wind Farm constitutes a "controlled action" under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conversation Act. Such a submission is typical for any large project in Australia.
