Vaughan HulmePaul Gallagher
Project Manager

Paul joined Wind Power in 2008 bringing a wide range of specialist engineering and project management expertise to the organisation.  Paul’s role as Project Manager is pivotal to bringing wind energy projects from concept to reality. 
Having worked on design and construction projects both in Australia and overseas, Paul is currently responsible for managing supply and construction contracts for wind energy projects in the lead-up to and during the construction phase.  This includes ensuring that Wind Power’s projects are developed and managed according to best practice guidelines. His experience in project management assists in delivering projects on time and within budget.  Paul is also the internal auditor of Wind Power’s Environment Management Systems.

Paul holds formal qualifications in engineering including a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) – Honours and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Geotechnical Engineering.  He honed his professional skills through working on a range of large infrastructure and commercial projects.  He has also worked with large and medium-sized multi-disciplinary engineering consultancies.  Paul is a member of the Institute of Engineers (Ireland) and Engineers Australia.
