Vaughan HulmeVaughan Hulme
Executive Director

Vaughan Hulme is responsible for the smooth operation of the company as well as developing and implementing strategies for the company’s growth. This includes overseeing the day-to-day running of the organisation, developing plans and procedures for regulatory compliance and working closely with the Finance and Accounting team on the financial management of the business.

Joining the Wind Power team in 2004, Vaughan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business management, commercial and investment projects, as well as marketing.  He successfully established and developed Wind Power Management – a subsidiary of Wind Power Pty Ltd responsible for the Facility Management of the Wonthaggi Wind Farm. 

Vaughan continues to play a pivotal part in the company’s development.  He actively motivates and mentors staff, building a strong workplace culture that values teamwork.

Prior to joining the Wind Power team, Vaughan held a number of senior executive and management positions at La Trobe University focusing on commercial development and corporate profiling.

Vaughan has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from La Trobe University and is an Executive Director on the Wind Power Board. 

Vaughan is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists & Managers, Australia (APESMA).
